Description
DIG’s 2” plastic control valves are designed for reliable operation with superior hydraulic performance. The plastic control valves demonstrate exceptional performance for optimal control of any irrigation system, featuring a flow control handle for flow adjustment and manual shutoff, and internal manual opening via the solenoid for smooth opening and closing. The plastic control valves are suitable for the above- or below-grade installation in residential and commercial applications.
Features:
- Constructed of a UV-resistant, glass-reinforced nylon bonnet with a stainless steel spring and non-corrosive materials
- High flow with low-pressure loss
- Operates in a wide range of flow rates
- Normally closed
- Flow control handle for water flow adjustment and manual shutoff
- Manual or automatic operation
- Flow-control adjustment – can be used to reduce sprinkler over-spray
- Smooth valve opening and closing prevents pressure surge hazards
- The valve’s only moving component is its diaphragm with no shaft, seals, or bearings within the water passage
- An unobstructed flow path for higher flow rate with lower head loss
- Highly durable to chemical use with an irrigation system
- Flexible balanced diaphragm and seal
- Available in diameter sizes of 3/4” to 2”
